Marvin Colon is a realtor, originator, industry expert, thought leader, podcaster, Content Creator and evangelist for delivering high-quality content in new and dynamic ways. Marvin was born in Puerto Rico and relocated to Central Florida Orlando area in 1992. in 1997 Marvin aquired his Real Estate licnse and in 2003 became and Loan Officer as a Broker and in 2009 a Retail Lender with a big national operation out of San Diego California and he was in charge of Florida for that retail lender. In 2016 Marvin went back to been a Mortgage Broker and created one of the fastest growing Mortgage Brokerage in Florida. in 2019 Marvin decided to take his 20 year Radio experiece and started building a live streaming Podcast Studio in one of his offices in Orlando.  After a few months building the studio Marvin decided to look for a one touch of a botton streaming platform to stream contenct and that’s how Mortflix Media was born. Now on the year 2022 Mortflix has 4 divisions streaming content to over 19 diferent Platforms with a few thousand subsribers and over  800 pieces of content and growing. 

Laura Brandao launched AFR Wholesale, in 2007 and now serves as President and the only female partner. Laura has been an advocate for women and the mortgage community throughout her career and she continues to share her passion for women growth and leadership by serving as the Chair of Women with Vision and an executive coach at 2020 Vision your success, the Chair of NAMMBA’s Visionary program as well as being a board member , she also sits on the board of the NJ Mortgage bankers association and she is the Chair of the NJ MBA women’s committee.  Laura is also a 3-time best selling author who continues to inspire and motivate others to be their best selves.

Her recent honors include: 2021 MPA Housing industry icon, 2021 Next Powerhouse Award, a 3 -time Housing Wire Women of Influence, 10 Most Influential Businesswomen to Follow in 2022 & 2021, and she is a 3 time “Women with Vision award winner

Brian is the President of FinLocker, a consumer-enabled financial data platform. He formerly led the Third Party Originations channels for Flagstar Bank, a role he held since May 2012. Prior to joining Flagstar Bank, he held senior officer roles with market leading financial institutions. Brian began his mortgage banking career with Source One Mortgage Services Corporation and was part of the integration team assembled after CitiMortgage’s acquisition of Source One in 1999. Brian’s experience includes strategy, business development, sales and marketing, compliance, quality control and risk management. He is experienced in building business channels in both large and medium–sized companies and has significant experience in all phases of management, including sales production management, human resources, administration, operations, and risk management, as well as training and development. In 2005 Brian attained the Mortgage Bankers Association industry designation of Certified Mortgage Bankers (CMB). Brian is an alumnus of Michigan State University. Brian is a former RESBOG member and sits on the Flagstar Bank CRA and PAC committees. Brian and his wife of 27 years, Amy, have three children, Cameron 24, Ethan 22 and Devon 20.
